It was an unusually busy morning in Changi Airport! Queues and crowd at the departure hall. In the photo, the people were queuing to enter the immigration point. It seemed like the check-in system is giving some problem that resulted a long queue :(

Airline - Code-Share
It's the first time I took Sri Lankan Airline. On the return trip, we learnt that the departure gate number displayed on the boarding pass was from what's displayed on the screen. While code sharing might be common, it was a bit surprising to see 4 different flight codes were flashed - in other words, 3 other flights were riding on this same airplane to ferry their passengers to different parts of the world. (See images, under the sub-heading "Gate 14").
While code-sharing helps to reduce carbon footprints, and more importantly, providing the convenience to air travel around the world; on the other hand, the price of tickets sold (under the different airline names) could be different.
For one who paid for the cheaper option (air ticket), this is when they benefit as they get more by paying less. On the other hand, if you are the one who paid for the more expensive ticket, then how would you feel?
